Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer to join our team at Actalent in Montreal. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for designing and supporting the testing of satellite electronic units. Your expertise in electronics engineering will be essential in developing and supporting the testing of electrical ground support equipment (EGSE).

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical test equipment and cable harnesses
  • Produce design documentation and technical reports
  • Perform analysis and write test procedures
  • Support procurement, manufacturing, and validation of test equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics engineering
  • Hands-on experience in electronic design and development
  • Experience with power supplies and electronic control panels (EPC)
  • Practical experience in electronics test station design and manufacture
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a collaborative team environment
  • Laboratory skills and experience with instruments such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and signal generators

Work Environment:

We offer a hybrid work schedule with 3 days a week in our office in Montreal. As a Test Engineer at Actalent, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and collaborate with a talented team of professionals.
