Job Description:

KBR Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly experienced HSE Technical Lead for an Offshore project.

The ideal candidate will have at least 18+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with a focus on execution of FEED/EPC contracts. A minimum of 15+ years of experience in this field is required, as well as 5+ years of experience in Offshore projects.

The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position for mega oil and gas FEED/EPC projects over $1 Billion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective HSE strategies to ensure a safe working environment.
  2. Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  3. Maintain accurate records of safety performance and provide regular reports to management.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HSE training programs.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
