  3. A strong understanding of MEP systems, design principles, and relevant industry standards.
  4. Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering tools.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  7. The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
