As a Flight Operations Specialist, you will join a dynamic team of professionals who share your passion for safety, innovation, and excellence. You will have the opportunity to work on complex issues that require extensive testing, troubleshooting, research, and design, and to pursue knowledge and skills to become a technical expert in one or more simulator systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend flight crew and maintenance calls, perform daily readiness, support flyouts as required, perform scheduled preventative maintenance, and run Qualification Test Guides (QTGs)
  • Identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex training device issues and AOGs
  • Seek and make improvements to procedures related to various training device maintenance tasks
  • Work with specialists on complex issues that require extensive testing, troubleshooting, research, and design
