To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of a high school education and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. You will also need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will need to have knowledge of all products you will be working with, including raw products, and be able to produce consistent taste and quality in all varieties of drinks offered.
