**Job Title:** Network Planning and Control Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Network Planning and Control Specialist to join our team at Air Arabia Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling the airline's flight schedules, ensuring smooth operations and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. **Coordinate Flight Schedules:** Design and modify short-term flight schedules based on commercial, operational, and engineering requirements.
  2. **Validate Schedules:** Check and verify schedules to identify any inconsistencies, mistakes, or discrepancies prior to validation.
  3. **Collaborate with Revenue Management:** Coordinate with Revenue Management on cancellations, extra or addition of flights to ensure optimum utilization and yield management.
  4. **Evaluate Rescheduling:** Evaluate rescheduling of flights and connectivity, communicating with relevant stakeholders for smooth operations.
  5. **Manage Flight Schedule Disruptions:** Coordinate and assist dispatch to manage flight schedule disruptions caused by AOG or other unforeseen circumstances.
  6. **Coordinate with Engineering Planning:** Work closely with Engineering Planning/maintenance teams to finalize scheduling of aircraft maintenance, ensuring smooth checks with minimal disruption.
  7. **Communicate with Free-Schedule Publishing Mediums:** Establish and maintain communication with all free-schedule publishing mediums to ensure Airline's schedules are widely distributed and updated on a regular basis.
  8. **Coordinate with Support Teams:** Coordinate with support teams, mainly Information Technology departments, on systems-related matters such as testing, integration, update, etc.
  9. **Prepare Charter Agreements:** Prepare charter agreements and quotations, plans, loads, and executes schedules to accommodate charter and irregular flights based on agreed plans, availability, and airport approvals.
  10. **Prepare Budget Files:** Prepare the budget file which includes schedule, forecasted hours, and block hours by sector and circulate to the concerned departments.
  11. **Coordinate with Partner Airlines:** Work with partner airlines and complete necessary activities with respect to codeshare flights, including updating SSIM, marketing flight numbers, and ensuring flight schedules are synced in all applicable systems.
  12. **Perform Other Duties:** Perform any other duties as advised by the respective Line Manager.
