  • Analyser les Processus : Évaluer l'état actuel des processus et des procédures adoptés par l'entreprise.
  • Réaliser des Audits Internes : Exécuter, et parfois diriger, des travaux d'audit interne de manière efficace pour garantir que des contrôles appropriés existent et fonctionnent, tout en atténuant les risques.
  • Élaborer un Programme d'Audit : Préparer un programme d'audit décrivant en détail la nature, le calendrier et l'étendue des procédures d'audit interne pour un projet d'audit spécifique.
  • Établir des Relations : Construire des relations avec les propriétaires de processus et les parties prenantes de l'audit, afin de récupérer des informations pertinentes pour les audits prévus ou en cours.
  • Évaluer les Contrôles : Comprendre et évaluer les processus et les contrôles associés, tout en exécutant des tests de contrôle.
  • Effectuer des Travaux d'Audit : Réaliser des travaux d'audit interne de complexité simple à modérée, en appliquant des techniques d'audit interne et des compétences en résolution de problèmes.
  • Produire des Livrables : Créer des documents tels que la documentation des processus, des organigrammes, une matrice d'évaluation des risques et des contrôles, un résumé des constatations et la réponse de la direction, ainsi que des rapports d'audit interne.
  • Respecter les Délais : S'assurer que le travail est achevé dans les délais convenus.
  • Participer à des Projets Spéciaux : Travailler sur des projets spéciaux ou des missions de conseil concernant des enjeux d'entreprise significatifs, selon les directives du responsable hiérarchique.
Compétences Requises
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en audit interne, avec au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de la vente au détail ou dans des entreprises du Big Four ayant une exposition à des clients du secteur de la vente au détail.
  • Avoir complété au moins une partie du CIA ou être en cours d'obtention de la certification CIA.
  • Connaissance approfondie des normes de l'IIA, des principes comptables et des normes IFRS.
  • Expérience dans l'utilisation d'outils et de logiciels d'audit et d'analyse.
  • Solide connaissance des contrôles internes.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en écoute, avec la capacité d'interagir efficacement avec tous les niveaux de la direction.
