Position Overview
As a vital member of the communications team at IIQAFGROUP, the Communications Assistant will play a key role in enhancing our organizational messaging and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of comprehensive communications strategies.
  • Provide essential administrative support to various programs and internal departments.
  • Draft, revise, and finalize communication materials including press releases, publications, and social media content.
  • Support the maintenance of website content and the implementation of social media initiatives.
  • Update and manage databases and media contact lists.
  • Monitor project progress and media coverage.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the organization.
  • Manage calendars and scheduling of appointments.
  • Prepare detailed presentations and reports.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a communications role, such as Communications Assistant or Communication Specialist.
  • Familiarity with media relations and digital communication strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design software (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign) and content management systems is advantageous.
  • Strong editing and research capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
