Job Overview:

The Sales Engineer - Fit-Out will play a pivotal role in driving sales and managing client relationships for our fit-out projects. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs, ensure project success, and contribute to the overall growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fit-out sector, leveraging industry trends and market conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors, fostering a collaborative environment for project success.
  • Conduct sales presentations and prepare proposals tailored to client requirements, showcasing our expertise and solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Technical Consultation and Solution Design:
  • Provide technical expertise and consultation on fit-out solutions, including materials, design, and construction techniques, ensuring client satisfaction and project delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored fit-out solutions, meeting their expectations and requirements.
  • Develop detailed technical specifications and drawings in coordination with the design and engineering teams, ensuring project accuracy and quality.
  • Project Management and Coordination:
  • Oversee the entire fit-out process from initial consultation to project completion, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including project managers, designers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or changes that arise, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, identifying emerging opportunities and potential areas for growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential areas for growth, providing valuable insights for business development.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve product offerings and sales strategies, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Customer Support and After-Sales Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement, ensuring continuous business growth and expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales engineering, particularly in the fit-out or construction industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fit-out materials, systems, and design principles.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED 6,000.00 - AED 10,000.00 per month
