Information Governance Manager

Join our Abu Dhabi branch office as a document controller and take on the challenge of ensuring that documentation is properly managed throughout projects. Using a document management system (SharePoint) and adhering to agreed procedures, you will enable the organization to efficiently manage its information resources.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert advice to project-, tender-, and department heads on activities related to agreed document processes at both the organizational and project levels.
- Effective communication, registration, and maintenance of organizational and client documentation using applicable Electronic Document Management Systems (SharePoint or similar).
- Coordinating and performing all activities concerning and surrounding the assigned Document Management System(s), ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Proactively following up with document owners to maintain this.
- Evaluating compliance of the Document Management plan and procedures by assessing implementation levels in projects and departments and making adjustments where necessary.
Your qualifications and skills:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, record management, or relevant fields.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a multinational company within a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in ICT Office applications.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
