Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver work scopes from initial inquiry to final account, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for pre-commissioning activities.
  • Provide knowledge and technical input to address challenges during pipeline pre-commissioning activities.
  • Work independently and contribute to multi-discipline project teams to deliver client projects, managing 3rd party suppliers, sub-contractors, and EnerMech service departments.
  • Supervise pre-commissioning engineering deliverables, including internal, subcontractor, or supplier deliverables.
  • Perform site work scopes as EnerMech's responsible project engineer.
  • Collate project-related documents, such as job tenders, project plans, work schedules, and closeout certification documentation.
  • Develop technical documentation for Flooding, Cleaning, Gauging, Hydrotesting, dewatering, drying, vacuum drying, nitrogen purging, and all Pre-Commissioning and Decommissioning activities defined by bid or project requirements.
  • Design temporary items for pipeline Pre-Commissioning and decommissioning projects.
  • Accountable for accurate purchase requisitions completion.
  • Progress chase where required.
  • Plan, provide for, and deliver pre-job briefs for assigned activities.
  • Ensure materials, personnel, and equipment are fit for purpose, available, and dispatched in a timely manner for assigned activities.
  • Control and issue documentation to company and client standards.
  • Draft and issue project change documentation capturing scope growth and variations.
  • Identify and communicate risks to the project and manage them appropriately.
