Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at The First Group Dubai. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and providing top-notch spa treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized approach to each treatment.
  • Spa Treatments: Perform a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs, to promote relaxation and rejuvenation.
  • Product Sales: Recommend and sell spa products to clients, providing expert advice on the best products for their skin and wellness needs.
  • Client Service: Maintain a clean and tidy treatment room and spa environment, ensuring a safe and comfortable space for clients.
  • Booking Management: Manage client bookings and ensure timely service, ensuring that clients receive their treatments on schedule.
  • Client Records: Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes, ensuring that client information is up-to-date and secure.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients and staff.
  • Professional Development: Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and development, staying up-to-date with the latest spa trends and techniques.
  • Marketing: Promote the spa and its services through marketing and advertising activities, helping to drive business growth and success.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Completion of a formal training program in a related field, such as cosmetology, massage therapy, or esthetics.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications and licenses required by local regulations.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, excellent customer service skills, good organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, knowledge of various spa treatments and products, physical stamina and dexterity, ability to work in a team environment, and a willingness to learn and continuously improve skills.
