About the Job

We are currently seeking a self-motivated Housekeeping Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure cleanliness and order in all assigned areas.

This role involves managing a team of housekeepers, inspecting facilities, scheduling shifts, and addressing any guest complaints or special requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of housekeepers to ensure that all areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Inspect facilities regularly to identify areas for improvement.
  • Schedule shifts and assign tasks to housekeeping staff.
  • Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities and inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in housekeeping or related field.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
