About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Officer to join our team at Three Stars Foam Factory. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality materials and services from reputable suppliers. Your duties will include drafting and managing procurement documents, coordinating communications with vendors and stakeholders, reviewing vendor proposals, and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Draft and manage procurement documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  2. Coordinate procurement-related communications with vendors and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
  3. Review and analyze vendor proposals to support informed decision-making.
  4. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  5. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and contracts.
  6. Follow up with vendors regarding order confirmations, delivery timelines, and payment processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and have proven experience in procurement/purchase processes, especially in Contract Management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in email correspondence and MS Office tools, are also essential.
