Job Description
  • Safety Inspections: Conduct daily site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
  • Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation measures for high-risk activities on-site.
  • Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and enforce compliance with local and international health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Training & Awareness: Conduct safety induction and training programs for new workers and ongoing refresher courses for all site personnel.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily operations and construction activities to ensure safety standards are being met.
  • Implement safety measures and provide guidance on hazard controls.
  • Review and issue permits for high-risk activities, ensuring proper safety measures are in place before work begins.
  • Maintain accurate safety records, including training records, incident reports, and inspection reports.

The successful candidate will have over 6 years of experience in HSE roles, with at least 3 years in the UAE, specifically in construction or infrastructure projects.
