Job Description

The Compliance Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring compliance across our network of Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). This individual will support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to manage non-compliance cases, while also tracking Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and issuing Breaches of Contract (BOC).

This position requires strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be fluent in spoken and written Arabic, possess business acumen, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  1. SOP Development: Create and maintain SOPs related to non-compliance cases, ensuring they are aligned with company policies and procedures.
  2. CAP Tracking: Monitor and track Corrective Action Plans implemented by DSPs to address non-compliance issues.
  3. BOC Issuance: Issue Breaches of Contract to DSPs that fail to address non-compliance issues within agreed-upon timeframes.
  4. Exits Management: Execute exits from the program for DSPs that fail to comply with company policies and procedures.
