Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong background in financial planning and analysis
  • Experience in developing and managing budgets and forecasts
  • Ability to prepare and deliver management reports
  • Strong performance monitoring and risk management skills

The Financial Manager will be responsible for:

  • Driving, managing, executing, and delivering consolidated management and statutory financial reports
  • Supporting Central Functions including Logistics and Loyalty management team on their back-office accounting & financial activities
  • Ensuring overall financial governance and compliance within Retail operations including financial process, systems, and tax matters

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various business units to translate strategies into actionable plans and budgets
  • Provide financial planning and analysis support
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts
  • Prepare and deliver management reports
  • Maintain performance monitoring and risk management processes

Requirements:

  • Minimal Education qualification should be either in CA, CPA or ACCA from reputed countries.
  • Minimum of 8 years of large corporate industry and Big 4 experience, including 4 years of statutory and consolidation experience.
  • Strong exposure in management consolidation; statutory consolidations, spanning across border entities, subsidiaries, associate entities.
  • Excellent in preparing reporting packs, ideally at Group and Board level.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS expertise.
