Ghobash Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a home healthcare setting.
- As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will utilize the nursing process to provide direct patient care, establish priorities of care, and work within established hospital divisional and unit-specific policies and procedures.
- You will also assume responsibility for delivering quality nursing care, advocacy for patients' welfare through demonstration of evidence-based practice, and perform nursing duties within clinical scope of practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Establishes priorities of care, nursing actions, and desired outcomes in clinical care.
- Works within the policy of homecare to deliver the mission, vision, and core values of Ghobash Group.
- Assumes responsibility in delivering quality nursing care and advocacy for patients' welfare.
- Performs nursing duties within clinical scope of practice and professional code of conduct.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Registered Nurse License Holder or Passer from DOH/HAAD.
- Freshers or new passers of HAAD from their home country are welcome to apply.
