Key Responsibilities

  • Design Operations: Manage the design tracker and workflow, ensuring timely delivery of projects and meeting designated timelines.
  • Brand Guidelines: Update and gatekeep brand presentation templates, ensuring they are aligned with our brand standards and guidelines.
  • Market Research: Conduct market trends research to support projects, developing concepts and presentations that meet our brand's needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and brand communications, to ensure seamless project implementation.
  • Asset Management: Manage the design and uploading process of all project materials, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
  • Feedback and Guidance: Provide feedback and guidance on assets shared by properties, ensuring they meet our brand standards and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Arts or Associates degree in Graphic Design, or a Professional Certificate in Graphic Design and Multimedia.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional design and multimedia experience.
  • Portfolio: Extensive and well-rounded portfolio showing a solid and fundamental knowledge of advertising, design, and luxury goods and services.
  • Skills: Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
