Role Overview:

The Manager of Financial Reporting & Analysis will play a crucial role in overseeing the preparation, analysis, and reporting of financial statements and metrics to senior management and stakeholders. This role will support strategic decision-making processes by providing insights into financial performance, trends, and forecasts.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage financial plans, including annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
  2. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting processes.
  3. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to assist in decision-making.
  4. Ensure that financial measures and annual budget are aligned with the annual business plans and are geared to achieve all business objectives.
  5. Monitor and control expenditure against approved budget and reconcile budget variances to ensure on target performance against budgets.
  6. Review annual operating forecasts of revenue, expenditures, operational results, and financial performance.

Reporting:
  1. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  2. Provide the required linkage between the Board of Directors and the Top Management.
