Facilities Coordinator, Load Testing Equipment Specialist

We are the leading provider of maintenance, repair and overhaul services, and comprehensive lifecycle support for land platforms, heavy utility vehicles and ground support equipment of the UAE Armed Forces. We empower our customer to focus on its missions, confident that its land-based platforms and systems, warfighters and other personnel are in optimal condition to operate at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all service requests for premises and equipment maintenance with relevant departments and customers as required.
- Receive, record, and classify service requests using the tracking system and relate them to the Facilities Maintenance team.
- Manage the 24-hour call centre and coordinate with the Facilities Maintenance Emergency Team.
- Coordinate necessary documents for premises and equipment maintenance for report and presentation preparation.
- Coordinate documentation for proper disposal of condemned items according to Annual Life Cycle Plans by arranging resources such as transportation, forklifts, etc.
- Support purchase requests through follow-ups with concerned parties.
- Comply with safety, housekeeping, and environmental directives.
- Ensure issued tools, uniforms, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are accounted for, maintained, and secured.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all company information.
- Support other members of the Facilities Department in fulfilling their roles.
- Perform other duties as required by their line manager and/or the Manager, Facilities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is required.
- Previous military experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is preferred.
- The ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally, is required.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills are required.
- A valid UAE driver's license is required.
