Senior Design Coordinator

Key Accountabilities:
The Design Manager is accountable for delivering high-quality design solutions that meet project requirements and exceed stakeholder expectations.
The Main Responsibilities:
- Select and manage a team of lead concept designers and master planners to develop innovative design solutions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive design strategies across masterplans, individual buildings, landscapes, lighting, and interior spaces.
- Collaborate with consultants and direct design teams to ensure effective project execution.
- Manage the procurement and approval process for creative assets and visuals.
- Maintain compliance with established design guidelines and branding standards.
- Coordinate design reviews meetings, prepare presentations for senior management, and manage feedback and revisions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and audits on project teams for ongoing projects.
- Monitor and review key design deliverables for active projects.
- Maintain a pre-qualified resource base of design consultants.
- Identify and mitigate construction risks.
- Coordinate regulatory applications.
- Address outstanding cases and issues.
- Resolving disputes related to design and quality issues.
- Keep relevant authorities informed and updated on overall project progress.
- Secure board approvals and funding for projects.
