Job Summary

As a Senior Manager at Aldar Education, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's human resources strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the effective attraction and recruitment of school-based employees, ensuring that the best talent is brought on board to drive the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in the effective attraction and recruitment of school-based employees.
  • Manage the onboarding process for all incoming staff, including pre-employment communication to ensure new starters are aware of the requirements for their role and for working and living in the UAE.
  • Manage the offboarding process for leavers.
  • Ensure adherence to updated Employment Law at all times.
  • Oversee the school's probationary processes in accordance with group-wide policies and processes.
  • Coordinate performance review and appraisal cycles in accordance with group-wide policies and processes to support the SLT in achieving a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure all employees in the school are trained on new processes, policies, and their implementation in the school.
  • Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure risks are mitigated, and Health and Safety communications are distributed.
  • In conjunction with the HQ Rewards Team, provide consultation on salary and benefits administration and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Ensure all personnel files are up to date, absence management, contract updates, and offers.
  • Conduct termly P&C audit for related schools to ensure files are updated and compliant.
  • Lead retention and Employee Engagement for respective school employees.
  • Responsible for the efficient and effective performance of the People and Culture functions within the school.
  • Assist in guiding school P&C teams on daily operational matters.
  • Assist the HQ P&C for any support towards specific projects cascaded.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of Employment Law and its application in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
