Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Manager, Supply Chain Administration in planning, organizing, and managing the systems and processes within the supply chain team.
  • Proactively approach tasks, seeking opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, and a strong understanding of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
  • Support the supply chain team from a systems perspective, ensuring accurate information, metrics, and KPIs, and maintain data within relevant libraries and tables.
  • Plan, schedule, initiate, monitor, and provide quality assurance for procurement and contract activities, requiring independent professional judgment under the general direction of the Manager, Supply Chain Administration.
  • Support the supply chain operation and broader business from a systems and process standpoint, ensuring workflows and policies are correctly mapped to the system.
  • Maintain the integrity of the item master data across several procurement business functions, while ensuring that data integrity is secure at all levels of the transactions.
  • Work with IT on procurement system upgrades and any project involving procurement systems data, and develop KPIs and strategies across the procurement business function to assist in supporting and driving decision-making.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex information to stakeholders.
