Job SummaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Agent to join JUMEIRAH's team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- To carry out general office procedures such as sending customer emails, preparing documents, updating databases, and generating reports.
- To make offers, issue invoices, credit notes, and prepare agreements related to berthing or leasing.
- To perform other duties required to operate facilities at D-Marin.
- To input data into the marina management software and maintain accurate records.
- To collect payments and hand over to the accounting department along with related reports.
- To represent JUMEIRAH at boat shows and other marketing events.
- To establish relationships with potential customers and businesses to increase sales.
- To conduct meetings and presentations with clients and businesses.
- To onboard new businesses by building relationships and conducting necessary activities.
The successful candidate will have strong English language skills, a basic understanding of Opera version 5 and/or Opera Cloud, and the ability to work well in a multicultural environment.
They will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a genuine passion for serving others, and a keen attention to detail.
