Job Description

The Financial Operations Manager Automotive will be responsible for providing proactive financial insight and support to business units. This role requires excellent analytical skills, ability to communicate complex financial information, and a strong understanding of financial operations.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to General Managers to improve business performance.
  • Develop and maintain new BI reports in Qlik View based on BI enhancement plans.
  • Track business performance trends through effective tracking tools/reports, dashboards, vehicle sales, and stock positioning for departments and locations.
  • Lead the forecasting and budget cycles for the business area.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Financial Management or Accounting or equivalent (CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
  • A Finance certification is preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience in Finance in similar roles.
  • Experience in Automotive Industry is preferred.
