Job Description:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Revenue teams to gather insights from customer conversations and frontline feedback.
  • Leverage data analysis to inform feature development and business opportunities.
  • Provide feedback during the design and development phases to ensure features align with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Act as a customer advocate to ensure that proposed solutions deliver maximum value.
  • Partner with Product Managers to refine positioning and messaging during the development lifecycle.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing, or Product Management, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proven track record of launching products or features that drove significant business impact.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, market research, and user insights.
  • Familiarity with research and testing tools such as heatmaps and session recording platforms (e.g., Hotjar, Mouseflow), usability testing tools (e.g., UserTesting, Wynter), and survey tools (e.g., Typeform, Qualtrics).
  • Experience with product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
