We are seeking an experienced Contract Engineer to join our team at KBR, Inc. The successful candidate will have a strong background in contract administration and management, with experience in planning, engineering, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure effective mechanisms and resources are in place for monitoring project progress and implementing management directives.
- Establish and maintain project contracts structures to reflect project requirements.
- Control operational methods and procedures of project management and coordination.
- Monitor and evaluate EPC Contractor's performances in contracts management.
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent.
- 18 years of diverse experience in projects and/or contracts, including 10 years in contracts management.
- Strong knowledge of contract drafting and negotiation, contract administration and management, risk management and mitigation, legal and regulatory compliance, budget and cost control, stakeholder communication and coordination.
