Key Responsibilities- Support Category Managers in sourcing execution activities, encompassing Requirements Definition, RFI/RFP, Award, Contracts, and related tasks, utilizing best practices such as auctions when applicable.
- Deliver tactical and low-value procurement, set up self-service channels, source via P-Cards and Managed Catalogues, Guided Buying from Master Service agreements, and ensure process, governance, and system management for these channels to reduce effort, enhance compliance, and improve service to end-users.
- Oversee 'end-to-end' procurement operations, administration, and support, aligning with PSM policies, processes, and governance, including contract administration & document management, ensuring correct templates are used and Ariba functionality and reporting are executed correctly.
- Efficiently convert Purchase Requisitions (PR) to Purchase Orders (PO).
- Maintain post-contract administration, including contract consumption tracking & reporting, and capturing Contract/Supplier performance for use by Insights and Category Managers.
- Liaise with Accounts Payable to address payment-related issues.
- Diploma-level qualification.
- Awareness and understanding of relevant Aviation and/or Indirect Categories.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement Operations and Sourcing.
- Proficiency in P2P and tools like SAP and Ariba preferred.
