About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our after-sales service team at Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group).

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Oversee the after-sales service team to ensure they meet quality standards and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
  3. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize service processes.
  4. Manage resources effectively, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities as needed.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, technical support, and other departments.

Requirements for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in after-sales service management, preferably with team leadership experience.
  • Superb communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and business analytics software.
  • Ability to drive results through data analysis and strategic decision-making.
