Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Neurology Specialist to join our team at NMC Healthcare. As a Neurologist, you will be responsible for providing expert medical care to patients with neurological disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Medical Practice
    • Perform duties of a neurologist in accordance with hospital privileges and guidelines.
    • Oversee the operation of the neurodiagnostic laboratory, including training of technicians as needed.
    • Provide on-call emergency coverage for neurologic emergencies.
  • Education and Training
    • Participate in monthly educational conferences to stay updated on the latest medical knowledge.
    • Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and develop standards of care.
  • Interpersonal and Leadership Skills
    • Exercise effective interpersonal skills in dealings with department staff, associates, and management.
    • Evidences leadership skills in developing others to work towards common objectives.
  • Confidentiality and Communication
    • Maintain confidentiality regarding patient information and administrative matters.
    • Demonstrate the ability to listen to others in promoting effective communication.
  • Qualifications and Experience
    • Graduate from an accredited school of Medicine with an MBBS degree.
    • Post-Graduate Masters degree or equivalent Fellowships approved by DOH.
    • Minimum of three years experience in the practice as a Neurologist post certification.
    • Current licensure in country of origin and with DOH license to practice in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
