Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Oversee the daily inventory of all stock items, including receiving, storing, and issuing of materials.
  • Stockroom Operations: Ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and functional arrangement of all storerooms, cold rooms, and equipment.
  • Inventory Control: Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures to prevent stock discrepancies and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Receiving and Issuing: Coordinate with departments to receive and issue stock items in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Reporting: Prepare and submit regular inventory reports to management, highlighting any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Storekeeper and other departments to ensure seamless inventory management and stockroom operations.

Requirements

  • Education and Qualifications: Degree in hospitality or a related field, with previous experience in stores, purchasing, and receiving.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Good command of English communication skills, computer literacy, and knowledge of inventory management systems.
