Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Client Communications Manager to enhance engagement and drive value with existing accounts across our Healthcare portfolio. This role is part of the Commercial Marketing pillar and is responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans to strengthen client relationships, increase retention, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive client communication strategy to enhance engagement and loyalty.
- Craft clear, concise, and tailored messaging for different audience segments, ensuring relevance and impact.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align communication efforts with business objectives.
- Design and execute multichannel communication campaigns to educate clients about products, services, and offerings.
- Develop personalized communication plans for key accounts (ABM) to deepen relationships and drive upsell opportunities.
- Monitor client feedback and sentiment to continuously improve communication strategies.
- Leverage data and analytics to track the effectiveness of communication plans and optimize performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in client communications to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all client touchpoints by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Manage client communication platforms and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
This role requires a proven track record in client communications, commercial marketing, or account-based marketing (ABM) within a B2B environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different client segments. Experience in multichannel marketing campaigns, including email, webinars, social media, and digital platforms, is also essential.
