Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify areas with increasing demand and high profitability margins.
  • Scout and identify potential investors with property consultancy needs.
  • Contact clients through presentations to offer bespoke property consultancy services.
  • Presentation of tailored business proposals to secure deals and meet client objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws and policies.
  • Evaluate investor objectives to identify specific needs and requirements.
  • Conduct surveys to gather data on profitable property investments.
  • Provide clients with expert advice and recommendations on suitable property investments.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase property value.
  • Negotiate prices with property agents on behalf of clients to secure favorable deals.
