**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Merchandise Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandise strategies that drive sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement merchandise strategies that align with the company's commercial concept and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement plans to reduce operational costs.
  • Analyze and benchmark company performance against competitors and international markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of merchandise.
  • Manage and optimize working capital, including cash flow and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve margin parameters and ensure timely collection of account receivables.
  • Establish and maintain control mechanisms to ensure budget compliance and take corrective measures when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or management-related field.
  • 10 years of experience in managing retail operations and merchandise, preferably in the light household industry.
  • Full professional proficiency in English language.
  • Top-notch negotiation skills and previous experience with contract negotiation.
  • Previous experience with retail online operations and e-commerce.
  • High communication and leadership skills.
