As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute effective trade marketing strategies, working closely with our cross-functional teams to drive business results.

  • You will oversee the day-to-day operations of Trade Marketing, ensuring compliance with established policies, processes, and procedures.
  • You will negotiate and sign LTA agreements with customers, present previous year's results and current year sales plan, and gain customer commitment.
  • Your role will involve carrying out quarterly business reviews with customers, presenting previous quarterly sales results, seeking scanning data from customers, and updating the current plan to ensure customers are on track to achieve the yearly sales targets.
  • Another key aspect of this role is planning monthly promotional activities such as premium items, scratch & win, and discounts, negotiating and signing promotional agreements with customers, and ensuring promotions are held on a timely basis.
  • You will implement marketing activities in each channel by discussing with the brand team volume, visibility, timing, and price, and any other support needed, splitting volumes by customer and by regions, and gaining customer agreements and orders to ensure marketing objectives are met.
  • Your role will also involve carrying out regular visits to customers/stores in different regions to ensure smooth operation of promotional activities and product visibility, including solving problems of staff and supermarkets within the supermarket to ensure product visibility is met.
  • Finally, you will train, coach, and appraise the team to ensure they are motivated and capable of performing their roles.
