Job Overview:

The Infrastructure Management Specialist will oversee the infrastructure management process, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, local legislation, and company policies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement facility safety standards across all base facilities and staff houses
  • Manage subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with PL OMs on sharing resources such as forklifts, overhead cranes, and pressure test bays
  • Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for major and minor shop components
  • Track and analyze monthly utilities consumption at base
  • Verify that all necessary base operating licenses and certifications required by local legislation are in place and valid
  • Coordinate with local authorities on implementing their requirements
  • Manage transport fleet and carpool, including vehicle allocations, gate passes, vehicle maintenance, and journey management
  • Approve permits to work for hazardous activities carried out at base

Education and Experience:

  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in facility management and R&M
