Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HSE Site Engineer to join our EPC2 Project team at Al Nahiya Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site HSE support and assistance to the project team and contractors, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site HSE support and assistance to the EPC2 Project Team and contractors.
  • Conduct regular HSE site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with relevant U.A.E HSE Codes of Practice and other applicable U.A.E. HSE requirements.
  • Investigate incidents and provide support for HSE performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with contractors to implement effective HSE programs and practices.
  • Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines for the EPC2 Project.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Technical discipline or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a minimum of 5 years in HSE related roles.
  • Excellent organizational, presentational, and training skills.
  • Excellent English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Multi-lingual ability is desired but not required.
