We are looking for a highly skilled plastic surgeon to join our team at SearchPlus HR Dubai. As a plastic surgeon, your key responsibilities will include consulting with patients prior to surgery, advising them on the best surgical options, and performing surgeries and patient follow-ups.

To be successful as a plastic surgeon, you should possess exceptional skills in reconstructive surgical techniques and maintain a steady hand under pressure. You should also be an active listener who answers all questions in a non-judgmental manner and is able to ease patients' anxieties.

Responsibilities:

  • Consulting with patients prior to surgery to discuss their medical history and provide them with the best surgical options.
  • Performing surgeries and patient follow-ups.
  • Providing aftercare advice to patients.
  • Prescribing medication.
  • Scheduling follow-ups to inspect incisions and monitor the patients' healing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A completed residency in plastic surgery.
  • Additional courses and training in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.
  • Years of practical experience in surgery.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • A sound understanding of patient aftercare and wound management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
