About Ghobash Group

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Management Specialist to join our team at Ghobash Group. This role involves managing employee data, coordinating visa processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Process visa applications, working closely with the PRO to monitor statuses and follow up on pending cases.
  • Renew visas, work permits, insurance, and related documentation in a timely manner.

Workforce Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Track employee movements, including new hires, leavers, and employees on the bench.
  • Generate periodic reports on employee movements and provide insights to HR leadership.

Compliance & Policy Adherence:

  • Ensure all HR processes comply with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Regularly review employee files to ensure compliance with documentation standards.
  • Assist with audits and inspections, providing necessary records and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum: Bachelor's Degree
  • Desired: Preferably in HR or Business Administration
