At Talent2, we are working with a leading EPC company in the Middle East region. Our client is looking for a Project Estimator to contribute to the delivery and maintenance of cost estimates reflecting the assessed parameters for various projects.

Your responsibilities will include using methodologies and tools for cost estimation and deriving quantities from design parameters. You will create detailed project cost estimates including MTOs and construction unit hours for future costs, considering all elements of risk and uncertainty analysis.

The ideal candidate should hold a Degree in cost engineering or a relevant subject with a minimum of eight years' post-graduation experience. You should be highly knowledgeable about cost estimation principles, techniques, and industry standards, as well as have strong knowledge of the TECOP profile to establish appropriate deterministic cost contingency.
