About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front End Developer to join our Web team at Talent Pal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build highly scalable web applications using React, Typescript, and styled components.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives.
  • Implement pixel-perfect designs while working closely with our design team.
  • Write unit tests for the components.
  • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Explore feasible architectures for implementing new features.
  • Implement various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure.
  • Select and deploy appropriate CI/CD tools.
  • Define and set development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation.

Technical Competencies and Skills:

  • A Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is preferred.
  • Must have at least 5+ years of commercial experience.
  • Experience building web applications and a portfolio of applications already released or on GitHub.
  • Professional experience and a high-level understanding of working with various operating systems and their implications.
  • Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles.
  • Excellent troubleshooting.
  • Customer-focused approach.

  • Ability to work under pressure; strong management and organizational skills; good judgment and decision making.
  • Ability to work during production environment maintenance hours outside of normal business hours.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, organized, and passionate about growing a business in a team environment and with a proven ability to drive improvement efforts.
  • Self-starter that takes ownership and accountability for assigned work.
  • Ability to establish positive, effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Great attention to detail and documentation.
