  • We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team, responsible for estimating and costing joinery and fit-out projects.">

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying/engineering/architecture, excellent organizational skills, and be able to work effectively under pressure.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for joinery and fit-out projects, including villas and high-end interior fit-outs.
  2. Conduct thorough cost control activities to ensure project budgets are met.
  3. Lead the tender process, including interpreting specifications, pricing tenders, and preparing contract documents.
  4. Analyze drawings, tender documents, quantities, and estimates to inform decision-making.
  5. Develop and submit bid cost estimates in a timely manner.
  6. Collaborate with the production department to optimize estimation and production timelines.
  7. Work closely with the sales team to prioritize and manage the bid calendar.
  8. Maintain a comprehensive database of suppliers and subcontractors, identifying opportunities for new partnerships.
  9. Act as a liaison between subcontractors, design teams, and clients, ensuring effective communication.
