Sales and Marketing Coordination
This role involves providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and maximizing sales and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Sales Meetings: Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team with clients, prospects, or other stakeholders.
  • Preparation of Sales Reports: Assist in preparing regular reports on sales performance, lead generation, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics for management.
  • Order Management: Receive, verify, and process orders from clients, ensuring that all details are correct and timely.
  • Liaising with Clients: Communicate with clients to confirm details, follow up on inquiries, and manage any post-sale requirements or concerns.
  • Tracking Client Preferences: Keep track of client preferences, previous purchases, and any special requests to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Requirements
  • A minimum of at least 2 years of administrative or sales coordinating experience in a luxury brand.
  • Working knowledge of hotel operating systems such as Golden, Opera or Delphi.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in selling group room blocks, catering and conference center sales and ability to effectively engage in sales lead generation.
  • Proficient in English and Arabic (speaking, reading, writing).
