We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team at Alfaheim. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial support and guidance to the automotive business unit.

About the Role:

  • You will serve as a liaison between the business unit and the central Finance team, providing proactive financial insight and support to drive business growth.
  • Responsibilities include mediating between business units and central Finance team to ensure visibility of all aspects of financial performance within the business area.
  • You will also develop and maintain new BI reports in Qlik View based on a BI enhancement plan.
  • Track business performance, trends through effective tracking tools/reports, dashboards, vehicle sales and stock positioning for departments and locations on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Lead the forecasting and budget cycles for the business area and provide analysis and assessment of growth scenarios and options.
  • Develop and maintain performance reporting metrics such as Corporate Planner (budgeting tool) to facilitate smooth extraction of budget related data and subsequent preparation of budget.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Financial Management or Accounting or equivalent (CA/ ACCA/ CIMA/ CPA).
  • A Finance certification is preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience in Finance in similar role.
  • Experience in Automotive Industry is preferred.
  • Core Competencies: Communicate with Impact, Demonstrate Teamwork, Take Analytical Action, Deliver Results, Develop Oneself, Show Adaptability, Win with Customers.
