About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join our team as a Civil Infrastructure Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and modelling works for potable water supply, firefighting, wastewater, and irrigation infrastructure projects.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Undertake design and modelling works for infrastructure projects using various software tools.
  • Design large transmission lines with in-depth experience.
  • Conduct stagnation/water age and quality studies of potable water transmission projects.
  • Model all wet services using different kinds of modelling software and strive for excellence.
  • Validate modelling output with engineering calculations.
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery of infrastructure design works for clients within allocated budgets.
  • Undertake technical checks of others' work, technical reviews, progress reporting, and liaison with internal and external clients.
  • Deliver projects with full BIM implementation.
  • Coordinate project implementation ensuring performance is in accordance with scope of service and contract conditions.
  • Coordinate design submittal and deliverables reviews and approval against contract requirements. Report on any deviation from the same.
  • Adhere to AECOM Health and Safety and Quality measures including safety in design works.
  • Provide design advice, reports, and liaison role with other engineering disciplines.
  • Assist Managers in work coordination between civil Infrastructure team and other AECOM teams.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and support Engineers and provide design input to CAD Technicians.
  • Lead in coordinating with authorities for design review and approvals.
  • Coach and develop as required other infrastructure engineers and strive to distribute and share knowledge amongst team members.
