Key Responsibilities:
  • **Develop and Implement Global Content Strategy:** Create and execute a global content strategy that aligns with HP's business objectives and drives engagement and monetization.
  • **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:** Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute business, product, and marketing opportunities.
  • **Lead Content Team:** Manage and lead a team of content creators to develop and implement engaging and high-quality content that drives Weekly/Monthly Active Users (W/MAU), click-through, and revenue generation.
  • **Develop Scalable Processes:** Develop and implement scalable processes to support the app's growth and revenue.
  • **Monitor Industry Trends:** Monitor industry trends, analytics, and competitive landscape to inform content decisions.
  • **Lead with Data:** Use data insights and analytics to inform the way we curate, target, A/B test, and implement content.
Requirements:
  • **Education:** Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • **Experience:** Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in Interactive marketing, online customer service, or a related field.
  • **Experience Managing Editorial Calendar:** Experience managing an editorial calendar.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • **Industry Knowledge:** Impeccable judgment and understanding of current and emerging industry trends.
  • **Communication Skills:** Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • **Analytical Skills:** Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • **Business Acumen:** Demonstrated business acumen, understanding of organizational strategy, and ability to navigate matrixed teams/resources.
  • **Growth Mindset:** Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities; demonstrated growth mindset.
