We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal and Tendering Officer to join our team at Wood. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in assisting in the preparation and presentation of cost and schedule forecasts, as well as developing tenders and bids for future work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and client presentations that effectively communicate our company's value proposition and meet the needs of our clients.
- Represent the Corporation at pre-tender meetings to clarify tender requirements, negotiate contract terms, and optimize work scope.
- Develop and maintain contractual records and documentation to ensure compliance with company procedures and technical work instructions.
- Provide guidance on tenders and contract matters to internal stakeholders and ensure that all tender and contract development activities are in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in developing and implementing procedures for contract management and administration to ensure seamless execution of contracts and optimal business outcomes.
