We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waitress to join our team at Reap HR Consultancy. As a Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Attend daily or regular meetings with managers to learn about menu changes and occasional specials.
  • Take orders from customers and answer any questions about menu items, ingredients, and specials.
  • Write down orders and pass them to the kitchen staff for preparation.
  • Deliver food items and drinks to tables, inquire about customer satisfaction, and fetch additional courses if necessary.
  • Prepare cheques for customers and process payments through cash or credit card.
