About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Creative Director to lead our Graphic Design Studio team, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Marketing. As a key member of our marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for creatively representing Mackenzie Jones and its subsidiaries in all branding and creative communications.

The successful candidate will be a people-oriented individual with high-level concepts for design projects, excellent communication skills, and experience working with internal and external clients.

You will oversee the execution of all creative efforts, plan and develop business objectives, and manage multiple projects from concept through completion. Your leadership skills will inspire and educate creative staff members, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver exceptional results.

About You
  • 15+ years of management experience as a Creative Director in award-winning multi-national agencies.
  • Proven track record of managing a creative team of 8 or more graphic designers, art workers, etc.
  • Expertise in integrated campaigns across both traditional and digital media.
  • Advanced budgeting and project management skills.
  • Ability to handle conflicts and challenging situations confidently.
  • Coaching, feedback, and on-the-job training skills.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Fast thinker with a positive attitude and energy.
